Every audio guestbook rental includes your choice of instructional signage to guide your guests. It clearly explains the simple steps: pick up the phone, leave a message, and hang up.

Your guests will hear a personalized greeting that you can record yourself, or opt for our standard voicemail greeting instead. After the greeting, a beep will signal that it’s time for guests to begin recording their message.

There are no time limits! Guests are welcome to leave as long or as short a message as they’d like. The phone can store an unlimited number of messages.

The Love Line team will handle the pickup process. At a prearranged time near the end of your event, we’ll collect the phone, allowing you to enjoy the rest of your celebration worry-free.

Your edited audio file, containing all the voicemails from your event, will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
